I use it a lot in my hospital work. I discovered it when access to OpenEvidence was restricted, which was the first AI I'd used. Honestly, I now work better with Elna than I did with OpenEvidence - it's very well adapted to how medicine is studied and practiced in Spain. It keeps improving exponentially. It's like walking the hospital halls with the smart friend who solves your specific questions. It's gotten me out of a lot of tight spots.
